1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Cards of Myth (the "Game" or "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Game.

These Terms apply to all users of the Game on iOS, Android, or any other supported platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Game. By using the Game, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. Accounts

A) Account Creation

To access certain features of the Game, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account information up to date.

• One account per user is permitted.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

B) Usernames and Account Names

You may choose a username and may change it from time to time.

We reserve the right to:

• Change, reset, or remove usernames or account names that we determine to be offensive, inappropriate, misleading, or in violation of these Terms, at any time and without prior notice.

C) Account Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts, with or without notice, if we believe a user has:

• Violated these Terms
• Engaged in cheating, exploitation, or abuse
• Used offensive or inappropriate account names
• Interfered with the integrity or operation of the Game

4. User Content (Limited)

The Game allows limited user-created content in the form of:

• Usernames
• Deck names

You agree that any names you create will not:

• Contain offensive, abusive, or hateful language
• Infringe on intellectual property or rights of others
• Impersonate another person or entity

By creating usernames or deck names, you grant John Newsom a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and modify such names within the Game as necessary to operate the Service.

5. In-App Purchases and Virtual Items

The Game may offer virtual items, currency, or content for purchase through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

• All virtual items are digital-only and have no real-world monetary value.
• Purchases are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or the policies of Apple or Google.
• We do not control payment processing; all payments are handled by the platform provider.
• We reserve the right to modify, rebalance, replace, or remove virtual items at any time.

6. Gameplay Changes and Availability

We may update, modify, rebalance, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Game at any time, including features, content, or availability, with or without notice.

We do not guarantee that the Game will be available at all times or without interruption.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized software
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Game or its systems
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Use the Game for unlawful purposes
• Interfere with the normal operation of the Game

8. Intellectual Property

All content in the Game, including artwork, characters, game mechanics, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to John Newsom and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We do not guarantee that the Game will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of bugs.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, John Newsom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Game.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Game shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) to access the Game.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless John Newsom from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Game or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where prohibited by applicable law.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Game after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
